    Okay, let's face it. Their are people in Centrale that can't speak frenchies but who want to roleplay.

    Obvious example : Table 02, two (or one) members

    IMO, it's the first time that we have an english-speaking table. But it must NOT be the last.

    Last year we had a f*cking failure with a foreign student (on old table 02. F*cking coincidence). He was kick out (gently) of the table 'caus we didn' manage to... well, to speak with him.
    This kind of crap must not happen again.

    So, first step, I propose the "T project" or "Translation Project"
    --> To translate critical message on the board for easier access for non-french speaking member of "Nantoroliste"

    -Games summary
    And so

    I agree, since I was nearly on the edge of a full scale desperation because of my by-then total inability to offer a place to the person Khiem mentioned before. Therefore, I adhere to this project and will try to translate as much as possible of my posts!!

    A nice idea, but how do we proceed ?

    A few propositions :
    • Changing the titles of all the theads and sub-threads by adding the English translation after a slash, like Discussions Générales/General Discussion, JdR/RPG, Taverne/Inn, and so on...
    • Mirroring important posts
    • Or putting the English translation at the end of such posts (not possible for long posts, like the Shadowrun presentation)


    I'll start without taking your advice, anyway...

    I agree, technical/background posts should have a separate translation thread, and general/casual/rendez-vous posts could easily be translated at their end.
